About Us
Merry Graham    has spent most of her life serving the Lord in various capacities. Her
ministry has included home schooling her four children over the course of 20 years, teaching
summer swim lessons to 400 children, directing the Women of Wonder ministry, leading Bible
studies in Drug Rehabs, feeding the needy, and opening her home to whoever seems to show
up at her doorstep. Before founding A Passion To Pray Merry served with Deborah, Esther &
Company as a writer, private chef, board member, speaker, and prayer coordinator.  Whether
multi-tasking in ministry or in life, Merry, loves giving as a mother, daughter, wife, counselor,
teacher, friend, and chef. She loves to exemplify God’s heart and hands here on earth. She
currently lives in Santa Clarita, CA with her husband Rick and  recently brought her mother
home to care for and live as well.

When Merry isn't traveling for A Passion To Pray you'll find her on the road accompanying
her husband to several out-of-town jobs or serving with Cleansing Streams Ministry.  No
matter where her travels take her she loves to fill her time meeting with women across the
country who want to 'take a peek' at the Plannerizer or simply partner in prayer.  "If I'm in

Their Passion to Pray
In October of 2003, Rachel Bye came to America for the first time with a group of friends. The last week of their trip
was spent in California visiting the Graham family (whom she had never met).  Little did Rachel know the connection
that the Lord was making. Merry introduced Rachel to the ministries of Deborah, Esther, and Company and invited
her to come back to California for upcoming seminars and conferences.  Rachel took Merry up on the offer, but their
relationship wasn’t destined to grow simply through serving at DE&C events. In September 2004, Rachel and Merry
had just finished an exhausting yet fruitful time of ministering at a conference. While spending time in Merry’s prayer
garden to refuel, the Holy Spirit began to give a directive. The Lord impressed on Merry’s heart a vision for a
creative prayer album. Merry shared her heart with Rachel and A Passion to Prayer was born.
Rachel Bye    is an international preacher and teacher from Wellington, England. Her passion
is to see God’s kingdom come here on earth as it is in heaven. She has a heart to see people
walk in everything that God has for them no matter where they've come from or what they’ve
been through. For the last 13 years Rachel has worked with ex-offenders and people with
mental health problems. As a young teenager she had given her life to the Lord, but in the
years that followed walked far away from the truth she knew. Six years ago she came to the
end of herself and had a radical encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ that is still impacting her
walk today. In 2000, Rachel attended Kingdom Faith Bible College and has a diploma in
Christian Discipleship. She currently teaches women studies and preaches on Sunday
mornings at her local church in England. Over the last two years, Rachel has visited the United
States to teach, serve and minister through Deborah, Esther and Company.  No matter where
she is—Rachel can be found home schooling her teenage daughter, Kaflin.
